Receiving Your Order
Step 1:
inked up creates a “Web-Enabled Tracker of Ink” (WET-INK) for your company to track cartridge orders. If desired, we can even customize this online tool to coordinate with your company’s internal procedures and workflow.
Step 2:
Login to your WET-INK account to purchase new printing supplies—or setup a regular recurring order, based on the timeframe you desire.
Step 3:
inked up ships your toner cartridge order to your location immediately. Follow the package instructions to open the box without destroying it.
Step 4:
Replace the cartridge in your printer. Place the used cartridge back in the shipping box you received from inked up.
Step 5:
Attach the prepaid shipping label that is included with your order. Then just drop the old cartridge in the nearest UPS outgoing box.
The Ink Renewal Process
Step 6:
inked up's Cartridge Recycling Center receives your returned toner cartridge. Each and every empty core cartridge is completely disassembled and a specific procedure is followed to clean and/or replace all internal components.
Step 7:
Our detailed renewal process is what separates us from the rest. Once completed, all of our cartridges are fully compatible with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and we guarantee the quality and quantity of the output to meet or exceed OEM cartridges.
Step 8:
The finished product is subjected to a rigorous series of quality-assurance tests.
Every cartridge undergoes this extremely thorough cleaning, inspection, and testing process before it is released to the customer.
